They let you look and search until you find the right look the right style the right color and they have a very large section of glasses to choose from so that’s definitely a plus so I recommend going and trying, and the doctor there was super friendly and kind as she actually remembered me so that made me feel nice too that she took the time to remember me so I would suggest go and try them out and the prices weren’t bad at all so that was even a better plus

The difference between what I was told for what I asked for when compared to the Warby Parker app was ~$200. When I asked about the price he said “that’s just what it is now. “

Update: Another great example of Warby Parker's exceptional customer service: I needed my glasses as soon as possible and the time frame that I was given was too long. I was given the option to pay an additional fee and the glasses would be rushed. I did not expect that when I order the glasses on a Thursday, that they would arrive the following Tuesday! They built my glasses on Friday and on Monday the were overnighted to me. Great glasses, prescription is perfect, lightweight and I look good in them.
