Doctors in some states are employed by Pearle Vision.
Dr. Megan Nguyen was very sweet very informational and made my visit feel at ease. Her staff also was super kind and knowledgeable so it made the entire experience smooth like butter. I will recommend to anyone to is looking for a new doctor and place for glasses/contacts!

I had a very disappointing billing experience.
Before purchasing my contact lenses, I specifically asked the store to verify my insurance coverage and the cost. Based on the information I was given, I decided to place the order.
After my initial payment,I received an invoice showing a $0 balance. Later, I was told I owed an additional $30, which I reviewed and paid after confirming it with the invoice and my insurance EOB.
Six months later, I was billed another $94. This amount was not disclosed at the time of purchase, was not reflected on my original invoice, and I have had to spend a significant amount of time trying to resolve the issue. The billing department acknowledged that the office failed to verify my insurance benefits correctly at the time of service, yet I am still being asked to pay for the office’s error.
As a customer, you should know what you’re expected to pay before making a purchase. Unfortunately, based on my experience, you never know what your final bill will actually be.

This location was amazing The doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable, Javi did everything she could to find out all my information with the insurance and answered all my questions and made our purchase very smooth I definitely will make this my new permanent eye location. Thank you

I would not recommend this office to anyone. They ordered the wrong prescription for my contact trials and tried to tell me that it was fine because my prescription didn’t change “that much” when in reality my prescription had changed. They also never texted my husband to let him know his glasses were ready for pickup. We eventually called to inquire about them and they told us they came in 12 days before the day we called…
