  We were able to attend a free class that was very informative and fun. The space was roomy and equipment was clean and easy to use. The unstructured was fun and had us flowing into many positions but it was a really nice experience and allowed me to see that I want to get more into pilates!! They offer membership packages and can work with you in some regards.

  Be VERY careful of signing anything, pay as you go only, especially if you are new and trying it out. They sold me on an "intro" type class and I thought I was only buying a single intro package. They are pretty sneaky about auto-renewing and requiring a 30 day notice to cancel. Then when you do realize you need to cancel, they won't do it over the phone and insist that it be in writing. Not easy to do business with.

  Pilates has been great & completely changed my perspective on full body workouts. I look forward to every class & enjoy the variety of class times offered as well as the range.

  I love everything about this place. They variety of classes, the knowledge of the staff, and the feeling after each workout. This really is the most challenging, relaxing, and enjoyable part of my day!
