  Great staff in the separate optometrist office. I purchased meta glasses, and when I went to pick them up their associate told me the wrong info on adjusting them, and HEATED UP the arms for a better fit! I knew that the arms and nose pieces could be manually manipulated but she insisted on heating them up. Unfortunately they were unable to work properly or connect to my phone and rather than waiting another 7-10 business days for a new pair I just got my full refund. I DO want to state that most (95%) of the staff are fantastic. Very friendly, and knowledgeable. Dr Mav is out of this world great! She spends all the time you require and then some with you.

  Just received the absolute worst customer service I have ever had at this location. I brought in a pair of glasses I purchased here about 3 weeks ago to replace a screw that came out of the glasses. What should take a couple of minutes to find a screw and put it in the glasses (as I’m going out of town) was going to take 24 hours and to come back the next day. These prescription glasses were somewhere around $700 and to get that response back from the Team Lead of all people (I believe her name was Yolanda) was outright ridiculous. I have been going for years to this location but won’t be moving forward. Shame on you LC of Winter Garden. I needed those glasses immediately and you now have lost my trust.

  Got there at 4pm and stood at the front desk. Gentleman name amiel stated “I’ll be right with you” so I sat down on a bench. There were 2 other individuals there. One happens to be Kathleen I believe to be the manager. I sat down for 20 minutes while they all stood there and just forgot about me. Finally I said something and all they did was point finger to eachother as if someone was helping me. Meanwhile I was just sitting there. This is terrible customer service. I came in with sandals and shorts. Did I not meet your cliental? I will take this higher.

  Sean was so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and professional. We came in with an issue (from another provider) and he took ownership of the problem and got right to work. We are hooked and will be back for all future eyeglass needs.

  Purchased new glasses with Shaun yesterday at LensCrafters Winter Garden. He was fantastic and very informative, explaining the cost breakdown and answering any questions I had. Great service!
