Extremely disappointed. Doctor was great. I got measured for a pair of glasses that I loved and told the lady that I needed to talk with my boyfriend about it first. She said ok and told me that she was leaving for the day at 2pm but it was okay for me to come back and speak with anyone and they would be able to help me. Went back less than an hour later and talked with another person and to my surprise the price of the glasses had increased. Very confused, and disappointed.

Rude!!!!!!!! Do not go up to the counter and ask about discounts!!! They looked at me like you are beneath them. I have a simple question about the 50% off and they were like we don’t do 50% off very snotty looking at each other with a giggle and I said well if I had a pair of glasses I thought it was advertised 50% off the next pair And they said yeah well that is if you buy a pair …..like because asked about a discount I must not be able afford to buy a pair.

Wish I had a better experience, went to pick up on online order after receiving an email that my order was ready for pick up. One lady started to help me and after she couldn't find my order she sent someone else to tell me that my order wasn't back there. After asking if they were able to look up my order number to see the status, they were unable to because it was an "online order" and that I would have to contact Ray-Ban specifically. She did not seem very empathetic when she apologized to me and neither of them seem very interested to help me. Anyways, got my glasses today and the same lady completely ignored me (I am sure on purpose), another employee helped me (didn't get his name!) but wish better customer service and professionalism was taken into consideration with these employees. Will be sending my future pick up orders somewhere else.

I had another outstanding experience, on 6/5/26, at LensCrafters in Winter Garden, and I want to specifically recognize Shaun, Team Lead, for his exceptional customer service.
This was my second visit to the store, and once again Shaun went above and beyond. From the moment you walk in, he makes you feel like a valued customer and treats everyone as if they are a VIP. His professionalism, kindness, patience, and attention to detail are truly remarkable.
Shaun provides a level of personal service that is rare to find today. He takes the time to listen, answer questions, and ensure that every customer feels comfortable and appreciated. He genuinely cares about helping people find the right eyewear and making the entire experience enjoyable.
Because of employees like Shaun, I look forward to returning to this location. LensCrafters is fortunate to have someone who consistently delivers such outstanding customer care. Thank you, Shaun, for making every visit a positive and memorable experience!

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
