- DCDana CJul 12, 20265.0I showed up 10 minutes early like they asked me to do only to stand there, annoyed in the Target Optical store, in people’s way because the chairs to wait in were taken, for over 30 minutes from my appointment time to finally see the doctor. Then I’m greeted by one of the reasons for all this: Dr. Babita Gounden. She was new to the practice and not entirely comfortable in their computer system yet. There were 2 doctors on and there was some confusion about which doctor I would be seeing. See, she’s also got this habit of being thorough and taking the time needed to provide her patients with her excellent care and attention and answer any questions they have, regardless what the schedule says. And that’s exactly what I got, too. Thank you, Dr. Gounden!
