I was there again recently…manager Javier went wayyy above-and-beyond the typical excellent service, by totally resurrecting TWO fave pair of older glasses (also purchased at THIS store a few years back): one that broke from longtime-wear and the other that was accidentally sat on (while they were buried in comforters, lol). This is definitely my local go-to glasses “First Stop” for life.

They gave me trial lenses, then refused to release the prescription I already paid for because I didn't call back to "finalize" it (supposedly to confirm I was comfortable with the lenses). That is not how it works. Under the FTC Contact Lens Rule, they are required to give you the prescription at the end of the fitting with no extra conditions. On top of that, the pricing was absurd. They charged me $880 for just the lenses (not including frames). When I called Oakley at Aventura Mall, they quoted $350 for the exact same lenses with Transitions. Going from $350 to $880 shows how greedy this place is. Paid for a service and then denied the legal result of that service. Will not be returning and cannot recommend this location.
