Compré los anteojos online y luego hice la consulta con el oftalmólogo en la óptica para colocar los cristales. Desde entonces, todo fue desorganización y falta de respuesta. Mis lentes literalmente desaparecieron, nadie sabe decirme qué pasó ni me dan una solución concreta. No hubo seguimiento, no me avisaron nunca sobre el estado del pedido, y cada vez que voy tengo que empezar de cero. Es una falta total de respeto hacia el cliente. Perdí tiempo, confianza y dinero. NO RECOMIENDO este lugar en absoluto.
