From check-in, to my exam to choosing my eyewear, everyone was helpful, knowledgeable, and really helped to guide me towards the best choice for me and my daughter. I absolutely loved the front desk girl I’m sorry I forgot her name. She was efficient and she made it made sense. She took care of my daughter and I at the same time. Our doctor is always sweet and personable and Chris was a rockstar! He knows what he’s talking about he knows what classic and trendy without feeling like a pushy salesman. I absolutely love friendly eyes optometry, and will refer and recommend them to all my friends and family!

I was helped by Chris, the optometry technician. Rarely ever ever seen such amazing customer care and customer service. Chris spent a lot of time demonstrating the technology and talking about the benefits as he himself uses them. He is an extremely kind young man and was patient In teaching me the technology. I am excited about my new nuance glasses and because of Chris and the team at West Palm Beach LensCrafters I will now be a LensCrafters customer for life!
