I called Lens Crafters to ask if they would assist in screwing back 2 nails that came off my glasses - that I might mention were purchased less than 2 months ago at Vision Works. Anita picked up the phone and told me to come in and there would be no charge . Anita was so kind and welcoming on the phone - I popped into Lens Crafters, met Anita ( whom was so gracious ) she fixed my glasses and was so courteous and professional all the while being warm - her authentic self . Most people now are subdued by the world’s problems and kindness is the key to business . I now want to fully return my glasses to Vision Works and purchase my glasses at lens crafters all because of the way Anita treated me . What a stellar stud you have on board !!!
