  I stopped in to inquire about signing up for classes and was genuinely shocked by how I was treated. The manager was incredibly rude, unfriendly, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. I walked in as a prospective customer ready to spend money and left feeling completely unwelcome. I’m honestly bewildered that someone in a management position, especially at a business that depends on creating a welcoming environment for new members would treat a potential customer this way. Needless to say, I won’t be joining Club Pilates West Palm Beach. There are plenty of other Pilates studios in the area, and I’ll happily take my business somewhere that actually values its customers.

  I took my first Control 1.5 class today at this Club Pilates Studio in West Palm Beach with Peyton. It was my first time at this studio, and I was welcomed by Joy when I arrived. This is a beautiful, clean and roomy space. Peyton was an excellent instructor, she paid attention to everyone in the class and provided detailed guidance, encouragement and positive feedback throughout. Joy has a great rapport with the regulars and was very welcoming to those new to the studio. I am looking forward to heading back to this Club Pilates location when I am back in West Palm again. As an unlimited member, I have had nothing but positive experiences at all of the Spartan Fitness Club Pilates locations that I have been to. It is so great to feel like a valued member no matter what studio you are taking a class at.

  Instructors at this studio should make it a practice to ensure everyone is setup and ready before jumping to start the class.

  I took an intro class and I will be getting a membership. Zoe and Amisha were so welcoming, knowledge, and so kind. The studio was clean and the environment was beautiful.

  I found Pilates at 74 years old and it has been life changing! I feel better, sleep and breathe better, have more energy and better posture. Because of the core work I am much stronger. I truly enjoy the workouts as opposed to my efforts in the gym. This studio is wonderful and has a great team! Joy, the manager, has gone to great lengths to make it welcoming, calming and clean. There are special events offered and classes at all levels and times. Club Pilates has studios across the country with reciprocity and a fee schedule that is very attractive. The instructors here are extremely knowledgeable, effective and accommodating to any special needs or injuries. Every workout is different and I love the variety and amazing results. I highly recommend Pilates and this particular studio!
