  Awesome staff, awesome classes with tons of variety. Also love, the fact that we can take classes in multiple cities. The manager Joy really cleaned the Club up after she got there.

  I’ve taken so many group fitness classes & I’ve thought a few, too! The problem started over the phone. I was physically ill, offered to pay the cancellation fee and even had to ask the person speak to me if I did anything to offend them, since she was being so rude to me. Then I show up to my first class. Nobody instructs you with what items to get at the front. They had about 3 resistance bands so I was instructed to tie a rubber THING to my legs, which ended up ripping and breaking. Now the class itself, every single person was lost. Zero instructions, counting insanely fast, literally her structure made no sense. I emailed them about this as I paid a few THOUSAND dollars to instruct with this company. They literally were the least hospitable people I’ve ever met. I also emailed them about my experience weeks ago and no one ever reached out. Absolute horrible experience.

  i’ve been a member here for about 6 months, maybe longer. i like the convenience of it. studio is clean. teachers are great. i’ve def recommended the studio to a few friends and family members ♥️
