  Had a very good experience getting a walk in appointment for eye exam and buying Frames/Lenses. Got a decent discount as well thanks to the explaining by the staff of each other item options.

  Waste of time, do not come here. They don't know how to figure out vision insurance, the doctor takes FOREVER to see patients

  Called in to ask about prices on contacts and was helped by Julie. I ended up placing an order. It involved insurance, faxing paperwork and shipping. She made the entire process painless and they had the best deal in town. I will definitely be using them again in the future thanks to the help I received and the prices.

  Receptionist, eye doc and frame sales team were very nice and took the time to explain everything thoroughly leaving me satisfied with the service and the frames I chose. I will be back next each year to take advantage of my insurance benefits at this location.

  I’ve been going to this location for years now, and this is the first time that I’ve ever had any sort of issue. I had an exam a couple of months ago for new lenses and for contacts. The doctor made some changes to my prescription, and I bought new lenses and was told they’d call me when they arrived. About 2 weeks later, I saw that I had a missed call from them so I called back. The person I talked to basically told me, “Oh, we were just calling you to let you know that we’ll be in touch when your lenses get here so you can stop in and get them inserted in your frames. No appointment needed”. I thought that was odd, but no biggie- I said alright, and I waited. 3 weeks go by, and I still never received another call, so I called back to inquire about my lenses. The person I spoke to this time said, “They’ve been here for 3 weeks, it looks like we tried calling you and got voicemail.” I explained what happened on my end, but regardless, ended up needing to schedule an appointment for my lenses. When I went to have them put in, they were blurry, but I knew from past experience that sometimes it takes some time to adjust, and I wasn’t sure how big the changes were that had been made. I gave it a couple of days, and they never improved- I was getting headaches, dizziness, etc. I stopped back in to have them checked, and was told that they were “fine” but that I could either have a recheck or go back to my old prescription. I opted for a recheck, drove home, and then received a call to come back for my recheck due to a cancellation. They took my glasses when I got called for my appointment, and while I was in the chair being checked they came back in the room with them and told the doctor that the lenses had been placed in the frames incorrectly (Which had been apparently missed more than once). They seemed much better after that, but one eye was still blurry. They said (again) that I can either wait to adjust or go back to my old script, but I wanted to give it time. I gave it about a week and it never improved, but would become clear if I tilted my head to the side or if I wore my contacts (with the same prescription). Long story short… Although I do feel like one of the lenses was still placed incorrectly, I decided to just switch back to my old prescription due to knowing for a fact that it works for me. I’m giving the benefit of the doubt just because this is the first time that I’ve had these types of issues here, and I do appreciate the fact that they’re trying to make it right. It is a bit of a bummer to have spent so much time and money on something that’s such a huge thing, and to still not have my glasses done almost 2 months after my initial appointment, but I also understand that mistakes happen. Also- The BIGGEST shoutout to Julie, the assistant manager. I went back yesterday to buy new frames for my old/new lenses, and she was absolutely fantastic. She was helpful, kind, warm, and just a huge breath of fresh air. I went in yesterday very apprehensive and was just blown away by how kind she was. I’d return to this location even just for her- she deserves a huge raise.
