  Dr. Walter’s exam was very thorough and I trust that I will now have the correct glasses prescription! Other doctors have struggled to get the right Rx and it’s left me with eye strain and ocular migraines. I am very grateful to have found Dr. Walters and I look forward to continuing to come here for eye care. Michael helped me find the best frames for my face and was very patient and helpful in explaining all of the options. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

  I found this provider through my insurance company’s website and scheduled an appointment over a month in advance. The day before my appointment, they called to say they didn’t accept my insurance, but they initially gave me the wrong insurance company name. After I corrected them, they said they didn’t accept my insurance either. I canceled the appointment, then contacted my insurance company and confirmed that this provider does accept my insurance. The next day, the office called asking if I was still coming to the appointment I had already canceled. The lack of organization and communication is concerning. Even if they do accept my insurance, I’m no longer interested in becoming a patient there.

  All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. They took their time and explained each step of the the eye exam so that you knew what to expect. The young lady assisting me with finding the right frame for my glasses and ensuring that it would fit my face was patient and very helpful. She gave me plenty of time to make my decision. This was a pleasant experience.
