I have Aetna insurance and decided to go to LensCrafters because they have the best benefit with my plan. My technician/sales person was Amy and she was fantastic! She made my usually dreadful experience of getting new glasses great! She directed me to the exact frames that I liked and went through my plan benefits to get the best lenses possible without having to spend a small fortune. That was the best experience I’ve ever had in having to decide on and purchase glasses. Not to mention the inside of the store is very calming and the lighting is not glaringly bright so it was a nice experience just going into the store! I will definitely be getting any of my glasses from this LensCrafters location in the future.
