From the moment I walked in, the service was very professional and welcoming, but I especially want to highlight the young lady who assisted me in Spanish. She was incredibly patient with me, took the time to explain everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed. She helped me understand the different options available for both the eye exam and the glasses, answering all of my questions in a very kind and detailed way. Thanks to her guidance, I felt much more confident when making my decision. Nowadays, it is hard to find people with such great customer service, empathy, and willingness to help. Her attention truly made all the difference and turned my visit into a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended!
