Feel better. Feel whole. AdventHealth Outpatient Rehabilitation Wesley Chapel, Formerly Florida Hospital, is committed to providing comprehensive care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Our outpatient rehabilitation department is located within the 50,000-square-foot Health & Wellness Center on the campus of AdventHealth Wesley Chapel. We offer a specialized rehabilitation services including occupational therapy, speech and language pathology services, and physical therapy – with therapists who specialize in back, neck, spine therapy, lymphedema therapy and pelvic floor rehabilitation.
