  Jeremy at Miracle-Ear was absolutely wonderful with my mom. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely caring. He took the time to make sure my mom felt comfortable and never made us feel rushed. You can tell that Jeremy sincerely cares about the people he helps and wants to make sure they have the best experience possible with their hearing aids. His kindness and professionalism really stood out to us. I honestly couldn’t have asked for anyone better to help my mom. Jeremy is simply the best, and I highly recommend him!

  I have worn hearing aids since I was 6 years old. My first duel hearing aids were Miracle Ear, the best I ever had. Later in years, another audiologist told me, my hearing loss was too significant for the all in your ear models and was rerouted to another brand, behind the ear…fast forward to 2026 when my hearing aids that were recently purchased went on the blink and the audiologist wanted over a thousand dollars to replace them. I was directed to Miracle Ear and had the most genuine associate I have ever had the pleasure of meeting in this business, Jeremy Vasquez along with his manager LeAnn Baker. Mr. Vasquez went above his call of duty in getting me two when my credit review came up overextended… They have a program called Miracle Ear Foundation that will allow you to submit an application for a fee of $100 and two bank statements. That’s it. The wonderful thing about it is, I got the series 5, which are the most advanced in technology for $100. They are the cream of the crop, I am in awe. The only thing, I have always had custom ear molds and I do prefer them to these ear bud thingies people use for headphones. I swim a lot and even though I dry my ears well, you have to stick these things so far down in your canal, I don’t like that, because of ear infections. Plus, my old age, I get mixed up which ear to put it in! lol…the service, the ambiance, camaraderie, commitment and compassion Mr. Vasquez and Ms.Baker dedicated made me want to tuck them in my back pocket! Truly, pay them a visit and you will leave with a smile on your face…
