  I walked in the door and was greeted nicely by LeAn. She was wonderful and offered drinks. She was thorough and pleasant. Jeremy was very patient and knowledgeable in his profession. He provided a thorough exam and really took his time to make sure the results were accurate. The hearing aids were clearer than my previous set and the prices were reasonable. Chasity, part of their management team, checked in and provided assistance to make sure I was well taken care of. I felt very comfortable and appreciated their kindness and professionalism. I will be recommending them to my family and friends.

  Serena was very helpful and helped my dad find hearing aids that really worked for him. Edit: It is now June of 2026, and his hearing aids stopped working after about a year. Prior to him using them he had never had any significant problems with his ears. Now I have to take him to an ENT Doctor because the miracle ears make so much wax build up in his ears, he requires medical help. He never had that issue before he purchased them. Even when they go to get tuned up, they stopped working again after about 3 days, and he still has several thousand dollars to pay off. He ended up getting a pair for like $399 from the internet that actually work, compared to like 5,000 for the miracle ears is. Just don't waste your money on these. As “ī

  Me and my wife visited Serena Thomas today for a free hearing test. She was very friendly and informed us we didn't have enough loss at this time but put us both on an annual hearing test. Thank you for the excellent service!
