  Stephanie helped me find new frames yesterday, and she was absolutely FANTASTIC. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and honest throughout the entire experience. I especially appreciated her honesty and expertise because, in my past experiences shopping for glasses, associates often tell me every frame looks nice, which can sometimes feel like they’re just trying to make a sale. I’ve always wanted someone who would genuinely guide me and honestly tell me which frames suited me best. Not only did Stephanie help me choose the most flattering frames, but she also explained which options would work best for my prescription based on frame shape and size which was awesome. She never rushed me and truly took the time to walk me through everything. This was easily the best glasses-shopping experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend coming here and asking for Stephanie if you need assistance!

  Andrea got my glasses fixed in 5 minutes free of charge, a screw fell out & I couldn’t find it but they had it fixed & I was on my way home in 5 minutes

  I had an exceptional experience with Jonathan at LensCrafters in Wesley Chapel. I brought in a pair of Dior sunglasses that was missing a nose pad and asked if there was any way he could help. Rather than simply replacing the missing piece, Jonathan immediately took the time to carefully search for the perfect match, demonstrating remarkable attention to detail and genuine care for his work. What truly impressed me was that he went above and beyond by removing the old nose pad on the opposite side and replacing it with a brand-new matching one, ensuring the sunglasses looked balanced and restored to their original condition. The repair was completed incredibly quickly, and to my surprise, he did it all completely free of charge. In an era where exceptional customer service can be hard to find, Jonathan stands out as a true professional. His expertise, generosity, efficiency, and commitment to excellence transformed what could have been a minor inconvenience into an outstanding customer experience. My Dior sunglasses look fantastic, and I could not be more grateful for his help. LensCrafters is fortunate to have someone of Jonathan’s caliber on their team. Highly recommended.
