Appointments are on time. My husband & I had back to back appointments this year & his office had no problem accommodating a switch for us that day. All the ladies up front are personable and happy to help you pick out the perfect glasses or explain insurance/pricing options. Plus, you can walk around Target with dilated eyes if you need some recovery time.
