I had a very disappointing experience at YouFit Gym in Wellington. As a paying member, I expected to be treated with basic professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, my interaction with the morning front desk employee was rude, disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional. What was even more disappointing was the way management handled the situation. I expected the manager to at least speak with me, listen to what happened, and make an effort to understand both sides of the issue. Instead, I felt that my concerns were dismissed without any meaningful attempt to address or resolve the situation. The situation escalated to the point where the police were called and I was asked to leave the gym, despite being a paying member. I found the entire experience unnecessary, embarrassing, and poorly handled. Customer service and professionalism should be a priority, especially when dealing with members who are paying for a service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location and would encourage anyone considering joining to carefully evaluate how members are treated when a problem or disagreement occurs.

I have been going to this Youfit for over a year+++ and I am happy to say that I have lost 72 lbs. look and feel great and fit!! I must give the biggest shoutout to Anthonel/Personal Trainer who trained me initially and is always checking on me to make sure I’m doing everything correctly; also Anthonel always has a kind word and encourages me!!! This Youfit Wellington is an excellent gym and has a wonderful staff and it is always clean (Lupita)! Even the club members are all so nice. This is the longest that I have ever been with a gym - if it wasn’t for a caring Personal Trainer(Anthonel), a nice staff, and nice menders I definitely would have left a long time ago!!! Thank you Youfit staff!!! ❤️🩷🙏

Don’t go to this gym if you want actual customer service. They use a 3rd party for all of their billing services, which means you cannot address any billing issues within the gym and their own customer service. You cannot even update your card without using an automated system. It’s a total cop-out. READ YOUR CONTRACT BEFORE SIGNING!!
