- MMMireille MondesirAug 20, 20261.0Message Hello, I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. I paid $365 for my glasses, and after only four days, both lenses already had scratches. The glasses were never dropped or damaged. I understand that I did not purchase a protection plan, but I’m concerned that both lenses scratched so quickly under normal use. I would like the lenses to be inspected and would appreciate a review of whether this could be a lens quality or manufacturing issue. I’m asking for a reasonable solution, such as replacing the lenses or providing another appropriate resolution. I would really appreciate your help. I don't recommend no one to go there
