  First time buying from Warby Parker and it will be the last as well. Bought frames and lenses in July. The frame broke 2 months later. I went to the store and they wanted to charge me $133 for new frames. They told me frames only have a 30 day warranty. The "manager" who didn't give a shit tried giving me $30 off the frames. Worst customer experience and will be taking my business elsewhere.

  I had a genuinely outstanding experience at Warby Parker. As a 72-year-old senior, I had already visited at least half a dozen other optical centers, and I left many of them feeling that my best interests were not their priority. I was presented with expensive and, in my opinion, unnecessary options, and several locations did not seem willing or able to properly work with the vision benefits included in my Humana Gold Plus Medicare Advantage plan. My experience at Warby Parker was completely different. The young staff member who assisted me showed genuine personal interest in helping me find the right solution. She took her time, listened carefully to what was most important to me, explained my options clearly, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Most importantly, she worked with me to find a fair solution that included the options I was most concerned about at a reasonable price. After the frustration I had experienced elsewhere, her patience, professionalism, and willingness to actually help made my day. She represented Warby Parker exceptionally well. This is what customer service should be—listening to the customer, understanding their needs, and working toward a solution rather than simply trying to make the most expensive sale. I walked out feeling that I had been treated fairly and with respect. That means a great deal to me, and Warby Parker earned my business because of it. I would absolutely recommend them based on my experience.

  Message Hello, I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. I paid $365 for my glasses, and after only four days, both lenses already had scratches. The glasses were never dropped or damaged. I understand that I did not purchase a protection plan, but I’m concerned that both lenses scratched so quickly under normal use. I would like the lenses to be inspected and would appreciate a review of whether this could be a lens quality or manufacturing issue. I’m asking for a reasonable solution, such as replacing the lenses or providing another appropriate resolution. I would really appreciate your help. I don't recommend no one to go there
