- JCJon Crowe4 days ago1.0I own two pair of Warby Parker eyeglasses. My experience with them had been quite good. So I was surprised when I brought a pair to the shop at Isla Verde to reattach a nosepad that had fallen off. The optician (I think her name is Lillian) suggested I glue it back in myself since she "didn’t have any glue". Lillian was clearly not interested in retaining an existing customer. Maybe Warby Parker isn’t either.

Unfortunately, I got several scratches on the lenses within the first 2 months, but didn't want to pay to replace at that time. I waited and waited until I couldn't stand it anymore, so I went back to Warby Parker. Luckily they had a 6 month lense replacement policy, so they are replacing the lenses for free! The staff there, especially Rachel, was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

If you set a promissory date either stick to it or send prior updates (phone call/email/text msg) that your order will be late. 😡 Lastly, improve your tracking status options for the purchasing customer. Provide a tracking number once your item(s) have been shipped - this will eliminate customers following up with your stores and call centers. Do better Lenscrafters. Do better. 😤
