Our equipment exclusive Pilates Studio specializes in Rehabilitative Pilates & Equestrian Pilates. We will conduct a comprehensive consultation with evaluation using various assessments to determine your balance, static posture, dynamic posture, symmetry, compensation patterns, flexibility, movement patterns, areas of injury, strength and weaknesses. We then design a Pilates program which meets your goals and is most suitable for your body. As you become more conditioned with each session, we will advance your program appropriately.
