Best place for glasses I ever stepped in. Attention, glasses repairs, and service are excellent and I will come back for anything related to my vision.

This location has some of the best & most caring staff. Susan, Stesha and optician Jack are exceptional. This is the spot to go for any of your optical needs.

I had an appointment today at 3:00 PM for a vision exam and contact fitting. Unfortunately, we arrived about 10–15 minutes late due to traffic/weather and because we had never been there before and had trouble finding where they were located inside the mall. When we arrived, they told me they could only do the vision exam and could not do the contact fitting because they “had no time.” They were still willing to see my husband for his 3:40 appointment, but I decided to cancel because the entire reason for my visit was to have both services done together. What really bothered me was that after leaving, I checked online to reschedule and saw available appointments at both 3:20 PM and 4:20 PM for the exact same services we had originally booked. The office was completely empty, so it honestly just felt like they simply did not want to do my contact fitting. I completely understand offices have policies and schedules to maintain, but customer service and compassion seem to be disappearing. Patients are the reason businesses stay open, and a little understanding or effort would have gone a long way. Instead, the interaction felt cold and dismissive, which was really disappointing.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
