Stesha took her time assisting me with picking correct plans from my insurance and answered all my questions with patience. The staff was helpful and took great care of my visual needs.

Disappointing Purchase
I had a very disappointing experience with my purchase at LensCrafters in Wellington, FL. I bought a pair of glasses, and after only four days, the lenses already had multiple scratches, even though the glasses were never dropped or mishandled.
I expected much better quality, especially considering the price $365 I paid. I’m very disappointed with the product and the way this purchase turned out. I would recommend don't buy any lenses from this location at wellington mall in Fl

I also left the glasses at the store because I was very disappointed with the situation. I paid $365 for them, and after only four days, both lenses were scratched even though the glasses were never dropped or damaged. I understand that I didn’t purchase a protection plan, but I expected better quality and customer service. I highly recommend that no one going there. That's a bad thing. They got the eyeglasses because I can not see anything on it.

Linda, is an amazing lady. Whenever you go to LensCrafters, you MUST ask for Linda! what an amazing experience. I laughed, I cried (tears of joy), I smiled. We had the best conversation and I can definitely say I left with a big ol’ smile on my face! LOOK AT MY GLASSES! do you see them? Their impeccable, thank you Linda!

I was a long time customer of this place. I guess about 25 or so years. This is the first time I have to keep coming back because the lenses just are not working for me. Actually my eyes without any glasses are better than the two pair that cost over $1000.00.
I can’t seem to convince the staff at this location. My time back and forth and to leave this unhappy because of staff that aren’t doing the job to its fullest. I needed help instead o got a full refund and lost LensCrafters as well. Over staff that could care less that I wasn’t getting glasses that worked. Trying to tell me “ it’s me” not the glasses.
I mentioned that Dr. Tran must have made a mistake Loree denied that statement. I never got to talk to the optometrist. My old glasses work better than the new sets.
I have been a customer longer than the entire staff at that location. Simply dismissed.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
