  I have a neck fusion as well as several other sports injuries. I went to Clark four weeks ago this week and within one week I noticed improvement.By three weeks.I would say I was 95%. I am now down to two times a week and rest assured I will continue going. Best decision ever. Body alignment alone is key to better health and well being. I received that and so much more. Grateful.😎

  I am so happy I found this place, it’s a warm and Inviting practice. I love that it a family practice and all is welcome. Dr. Stieren is very knowledgeable and caring. He actually takes time to listen to you And genuinely seems to care. He has helped me Through my issues with my pain and follows up on my progress. I can’t say enough about Metanoia family practice. Also have to give a shout out to his wife, she is so kind and works with you with scheduling your appointments and making you feel welcome.

  I am very grateful to have been the patient of Dr. Stieren. I have been suffering from back pain and intense nerve pain for several years, despite different approaches to treatment. The most relief I have experienced was following the treatment I received from Dr. Stieren. He first provided education about the spine and how chiropractic treatment works. In the sessions, he always asked if I had questions and answered them thoroughly. He advised me how else I could help myself through exercises at home, the increase of water intake, and education in the elements of good posture. I found Dr. Stieren to be, clear, positive and always encouraging. Madais, who runs the office aspects, is very welcoming, helpful and efficient. The result of the course of treatments was that I began to be able to do things that my back pain previously had been preventing me from doing. I was thrilled with the results, and am committed to continuing chiropractic treatment.
