  The instructor cover a lot of details in 30 minutes. She was also very knowledgeable and kind. Great customer service.,

  Paid for a booking class just to get there 6 mins after seven and was told I couldn’t get a refund or go into the class because I came six minutes after. No where on website did it say anything about the five minutes tardy or not getting a refund. It was my first time there so I was very annoyed after spending money on something that wasn’t clear.

  As a former member of this studio, I wanted to take a moment to share my experience at Club Pilates. First, I have to say how much I enjoyed the classes and instructors. Brooke and Dona were always great. They were all so caring, attentive, and knowledgeable. I always felt comfortable, safe, and well taken care of during their classes. I also really appreciated the variety of classes that were offered, and Cardio Sculpt was one of my favorites. I also got to know many of the front desk staff. They always greeted me with a smile, took the time to chat, and were so patient when I needed help with the app. I am not the most tech-savvy person, so I certainly appreciated their help! The reason I am giving the studio four stars instead of five is because, although I truly enjoyed the staff overall, I often felt that Catherine who worked the front desk was unfriendly toward me and that our interactions were not as welcoming as those I had with the other staff. All in all, I still have very fond memories of my time at Club Pilates. I loved the classes, the staff, and getting to know so many wonderful people. I will certainly miss my Pilates classes and everyone I had the pleasure of meeting there.

  The instructors are amazing! They make me feel challenged. Is fun and I really feel and see how my body is changing. This is one of my happy places and I look forward everyday to go there and enjoy myself and take her of my body at the same time.
