- DRDennis RighterSep 27, 20265.0WOW! I had such a bad day trying to find an optician. I made 5 stops at two mega stores private offices and was told no appointment for up to 30 days! Disapointed - - I asked Google and this office was suggested for a same day appointment. WOW. Dr Alexi Rodriguez was available in 30 minutes! Doctor R was great. I just needed a glasses RX because that was what my eye doctor told me - - but he took the time and care to walk me through what was my problems and concerns. Then offered real answers that worked. My fancy Opthomologist just told me I had "Dry Eye" gave me an advertisment for expensive drops and said "see you next year". Dr. R explained what was wrong after a thorough exam. (This was not an eyeglass chain rush exam.) After weeks of eye pain and strain. Doctor Rodriguez actually solved my problem with a detailed plan and helpful instructions. And I didn't need new glasses! I am thrilled. THANK YOU and I didn't have to wait till next month.

He took the time to answer all of my questions and provided thorough, easy-to-understand explanations. The office was very clean and welcoming, and the staff was friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be to offer a larger selection of eyeglass frames. Other than that, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this office to others.
