My aids are operable via my iPhone and Joe has been very patient with me while explaining how to pair and operate them with my phone. George tested mom and really took his time to find out where she was having trouble hearing. He made recommindations based on her needs without trying to "upsell" us. She is doing much better now and doesn't have to ask us to repeat ourselves. She also has arthritis and the rechargeable hearing aids she got are a blessing since she doesn't have to manipulate a battery door. In and out of the charger no problem. Thanks to George, Hayley and Connect Hearing for helping mom hear again.

They were right!! I purchased hearing aids and it has made such a difference in my life. Yes, I may be biased because my wife is the hearing aid specialist there, Penny Berhalter.
