We do a lot of traveling and wanted to see if we could avoid getting sore feet at the end of the long days while away. Our sales person was Angela. She was very friendly and made us feel comfortable right away. She did our fittings to make sure we had exactly what we needed. She explained the purpose behind the different inserts and made sure we were fitted correctly for them. We enjoyed working with her. The only area I think could be improved is the selection of shoes in the store. It was very limited. I purchased the suede slippers. If they would have had the sneakers we liked in the store, we most likely would have purchased them, instead of ordering them on line. Angela gave us the model numbers of the shoes we tried on in the store which made ordering them on line very easy.
