  Can not even make an appointment, every time I call the they just pick the phone up and hang it up.

  Always has took care of our health needs always listens and treats us very nice also the front staff has always been attentive and answering questions whenever we have any the check out lady is awesome

  This is by far the worst doctor’s office I’ve ever been to. Dr. Teresa needs to consider retiring if she’s no longer able to keep up with the demands of the practice. Getting anyone on the phone is nearly impossible. Prescriptions are not sent when they’re supposed to be, and paperwork that the doctor agrees to complete is often delayed and never sent. I had to schedule multiple appointments and eventually drive to the office myself just to pick up paperwork because, despite repeated promises that it would be mailed or faxed, it never was. The scheduling is just as frustrating. Even with an appointment, expect to sit in the waiting room or exam room for an hour or more. They routinely fall behind because walk-in patients are accepted regardless of the existing schedule. I even scheduled the first appointment of the day, only for the office to open more than 25 minutes late. When patients were finally let inside, the delay was blamed on Parrish. Overall, my experience has been consistently disappointing. I would not recommend this practice.

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. My daughter pediatrician transmitted a referral back in January. I have since spoken to her normal doctor twice, as Space Coast had still not reached out to me. I finally made contact with Space Coast today to be told they have no record of our referral and that they aren't willing to help up. 2 months wasted that are crucial in our situation. The person on the phone had absolutely ZERO empathy or sympathy. Just basically Nope, dont have your info. Nope, we can't help. Very clearly didn't care
