  My appointment was on time and very efficient. We progressed at a timely pace from one test to the next until they dialated my eyes for the final exam. Everyone was friendly and very personable. I would recommend Aker Eye Downtown for a relaxing total eye examination!

  Dr Amanda and the staff did a wonderful job with my daughter’s first eye exam. They were very caring and sweet. They even gave her a gift box at the end to keep the whole experience positive. Thank you!

  I had a wonderful experience at Aker Eye Downtown. I first had the pleasure of meeting Gabby who was so nice and made me feel so comfortable since it was my first visit there. She was very thorough and explained every procedure to me that she was doing. I can't say enough good things about her. Then I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Amanda who was also very thorough and understood my issues with the previous eye doctor I had seen which led to some negative eye health issues I was having. I am currently trying some new contact lens she suggested and so far they are wonderful. I would highly recommend Aker Eye to anyone. What a great experience! Thank you, Diane

  Excellent. Very smooth check in, friendly and helpful staff, highly personable and knowledgeable doctor. Doctor Aker was honest with me that I didn’t need a new prescription as the changes to my vision were so minor. I purchased new lenses anyway as mine were worn and had defects from use. Nice verity of frames, I almost chose a new pair and the lady was very helpful and patient, but ultimately I preferred mine as they’re a bit more edgy and perhaps less mainstream. So provided my old frames and getting the updated prescription lenses with all the fixings.

  Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive. Jeremy at the Vision center and play Linda office really knows his Meta AI glasses and did a great job teaching me, even with my eyes dilated I informed the tech that I’m very sensitive to dilation drops and only wanted one drop and she told me that they have something on the bottle that gives it the equivalent of 1/4 drop. I went through my exam with no problems wrote home with sunglasses and in three hours, my eyes were back to normal. Dr two was so knowledgeable and explained the photos and scans to me, the difference in my prescription from the past two to this one, explored options and gave me a sample of eye drops. It may take me 45 minutes each way to get there, but I greatly appreciate you all!
