I cancelled my membership, in plenty of time so they wouldn’t charge me for another month. Which is also ridiculous. I went to the studio twice and the girl on the computer cancelled me at my request, I wanted to make sure that everything was ok. Now I am getting emails, texts threatening to send this to the collection agency. They want $. 333.00 plus another $ 100.00 cancellation fee. If I were you ladies, I’d pick another place.

This particular location is set up with newer and nicer equipment and some of the others, but the instructors aren't as good and you could never get anyone on the phone at the desk. Club Pilates makes things difficult when visiting from other studios even by the same franchise owner. My recent encounters with Club Pilates has got me considering canceling my long-term membership
