Hi my name is Natalie sheek and I have been to quite a few plasma donation. I have had very bad experiences at a lot of them but my daughter Megan found this place online KEDPlasma. Since I found this place I haven't gotten anywhere else and I've been treated like the family member I would say everyone had good manners and actually cared about their clients. I will only donate at KEDPlasma from here on out out that's a promise!

Genevieve is the sweetest ever. Always so nice and professional and welcoming and efficient!!
Love when she is my screener, as I still for some reason get nerves when they prick my finger and test me and all that…. She makes it all go away with how nice and calming and knowledgeable she is. Also very cleanly! Just love dealing with her

Not a customer but my daughter is. Usually I just wait in the car & she's in & out within an hour 1/2.
On Sat 6/20 she was in there for 3 hours even though she was screened right away, when they abruptly closed. There was at least 50 people that came out irate. Evidently the employees were whining about the heat as they brought in industrial AC units. My daughter said it was only in the upper 70s in the back! So a bunch of young unprofessional kids acted like babies until they got their way.
My daughter said they stopped taking people back about an hour after she was screened, and all the tables in the back were open. So they knew they were going to close down so why not inform everyone instead of making them sitting on dirty floors for another 2 hours?
She won't be going back. She already has an appointment with another center.
The way they treated their donors in this case is disgusting. Like their time meant nothing. Imagine waiting around for 3 hours to make $75 and all they give you is $10 and some pass cards, when we could have left and went home if they had just been honest.
You lost my daughter as a long time customer. She will not be treated like dirt.

Had the worst experience ever first I come in I go to the kiosk I sit down and wait for my name to be called my name just called I go into the booth the lady that is helping me in the booth is talking so quiet and whispering like she doesn't want to be there and I can barely hear her asking what my name and my donor number is then as I leave out of her booth a man enters her booth and she yells what's up gang and she's very hyper now and you can hear everything she's saying now which I thought was very disrespectful because you should treat all your customers the same then I go to the back I asked is there somebody good here today that sticks because Sam usually pokes me and he's not here this morning they pointed me in the direction of a young lady I explained to her that my cuff needs to be tight in order to poke my vein she replied back it doesn't need to be tight if I can feel the vein already then she misses the vein I have lots of scar tissue I've been doing it since 2018 so I know what you need to do to poke my vein and I requested the man from the beginning but the nurse lady told me they don't do request no more which I find very interesting since this is the only problem place that doesn't pay you out even if you get poked and don't donate every other problem place will pay you out if you get poked which I don't have a problem with that but if that's the case we should be able to pick who we want to poke us then a manager walks up to me his name is Phil he came to me very aggressive and asked me what the problem was I explained to him that I had a bad experience in the front before I came back here and I also had a bad experience with my stick you would think he would apologize and offer me a $5 card or something you know as a manager should do but no instead he want to have a cocky attitude and smiling I told him that my aunt name is Dora and I will be contacting her because of my experience here today was very bad and he replied back tell her I said hi trying to be a smart attic about it I'm a general manager at dunkin' donuts and I would never talk to my customers this way and as a manager Phil was very unprofessional
