- WMWallace Medley2 days ago5.0Finally after 4 Pairs of hearing aids and 4 different providers, I have hit the JACKPOT! From the moment I walked in I got what everyone needs today, and that’s customer service! Richelle went above and beyond! She called my insurance company and then processed everything I needed for my new hearing aids. I did nothing but pay my portion to them. My existing right hearing aid stopped working and I stopped by where I bought them and was told it would be $650 to send away to be repaired! I then decided to stop by Elite hearing center for second opinion. While Richelle was calling my insurance company, Greg took a look at my right non working aid and found the issue and also cleaned both, and then they were working now! Best part, he wouldn’t charge me as they were still under warranty. Now, for the best part! I picked up my new hearing aids this morning. Greg gave me the best setup and hearing test that I have ever had! I could go on, but, if you want good customer service and the best experience, go there for your hearing aids and test. You will be amazed on their professionalism! I was only given the choice of 5 Stars, but they are an 11 in my book!!!!
