  Connie D. will reset your system and set you up for a fantastic week! Her playlists calm your mind and energize your body. Take.one class and you will be hooked. Clean studio and the staff is attentive to your needs.

  I have nothing but great things to say about this studio. They have a wide variety of classes, all of which have been incredibly satisfying. From restore, to workouts you’ll be feeling the day after, you will find a class to fit your goals. But what really sets this studio apart is the teachers. It’s rare to find teachers that really show up for their clients as individuals. These classes are not small, but Connie still watches each individual, and offers advice and assistance for every personal practice. I’ve learned things in my first few months here that I haven’t in years of doing yoga, because I have a teacher that cares enough to personalize their instruction. Melanie and Viktoryia have also been stand out teachers in my short time here. I’m so glad I found this studio, and feel very confident in recommending to anyone, at any level, to trust yoga six with their yoga experience.

  Great flows in a beautiful studio! Classes with Jen and Michelle were excellent. Rebecca at front desk very thoughtful and helpful. Highly recommend!
