I love all the instructors, honestly! Big shouts out to Fani and Kelsey! At Y6, you’re always in for a good class. I’ve also been loving hot core! I love how they have it on Wednesday at 5 lately because sometimes I like to rotate between that and sculpt if I want to make it an earlier night. I love that I have options and I can still get a great workout in no matter what. Overall, YogaSix is a solid studio with great options and vibes.

Whether you are a beginner or more experienced they have options on modifications for some of the movements or taking them to the next level. Love the variety of classes offered and it is cool they are adding some pilates inspired one.
