- SAShyann AlishaJun 4, 20265.0I recently started taking more classes here because the yoga classes and teachers are truly some of the best I have taken. I just got done taking their new sculpt class and HOLY MOLY was that a hard but incredible class. I am writing this high on endorphins because what an incredible way to start the day. Mindy was my instructor and her classes truly leave me in such a great headspace and feeling like I pushed my body and mind. She has phenomenal playlists that keep you motivated and her guidance through the classes are just so thoughtful. You can feel her passion for this practice in every class she teaches. I also feel similarly about Haley’s class!! She is another instructor I find myself gravitating towards. My only gripe is wishing that parking was easier or that the garage allowed for longer than 1 hr free parking but aside from that really just love it at yoga6!!!

Clean, spacious, friendly and informative staff not to mention one of the best yoga instructors I’ve ever had the pleasure of learning from! I would HIGHLY recommend!
