The store was busy when I arrived, but the staff was quick to greet me and made sure I felt taken care of right away. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. When it came time to place my order, they took their time with me, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process so easy. I never felt rushed, despite how busy the store was. Excellent customer service from start to finish! I will definitely be back and highly recommend this location.

He went above and beyond to help get my insurance to cover it whereas another location told me $125 (not true, he told me $20 then corrected himself because it ended up being 0 so I added the warranty). - KKKaren KochAug 19, 20265.0I almost never post a review. Frankly I'm tired of being asked to review everything constantly, but my experience with WP was really great so I'm making an exception. I'd ordered progressive lenses based on my rx that I got elsewhere, and when they arrived, I HATED them. I mean really hated everything about them. I was worried that I was going to be stuck with them since WP filled the rx they had been given, but they were great about exchanging them. At the store, Russell checked my vision with the glasses I had been wearing, then with additional correction. Based on that, he suggested lenses I'm sure I'll like much better. Thank you WP. I'll be back for driving glasses soon.
