    I recently had an eye exam and took the prescription to Warby Parker to purchase glasses and sunglasses. I purchased 3 pairs total. After about 2months I realized that I could not see well with the new prescription. I went to the store and asked them to check the lenses to make sure they were accurate to the prescription. They did and they were. They recommended I go back and have my eyes re-tested. They said they would remake the lenses for free if the prescription was wrong. I went back to the eye doctor and the prescription was very wrong. Not sure why. But I took the new prescription back to Warby Parker and they did indeed replace all the lenses for free even though it was not their mistake. I will forever be a Warby Parker fan! That could have been a very costly replacement for me.

    Always love getting my eye exam at Warby Parker. They take my insurance plan and have a great selection of glasses. The staff is always friendly, patient and helpful.

    I've been seeing Dr. Hesterman at Warby Parker in International Plaza for several years. He's always wonderful, takes the time to answer all my questions, and makes every appointment a positive experience. I've also been very happy with both the glasses and contact lenses I've ordered from Warby Parker. The products are high quality, comfortable, and have consistently met my expectations. I highly recommend Dr. Hesterman and the entire Warby Parker team for their excellent care and service.

    In store customer service is very good. The sales person helping me was just attentive enough without being overbearing and helped me decide on a frame for a new pair of glasses. It’s my first time purchasing from Warby Parker and was surprised to learn, after paying, that it would take 14 days to receive the glasses. The outset for my glasses was placed June 5th and the status update has been stuck on “Building Frames” for more than a week now. My glasses may be delivered to the store on 6/19 but, unfortunately, I will be out of town… so, I’ll now be waiting 3 weeks or more to receive my glasses… when I called customer service earlier today, I was told that the frames had been made but sent back because they weren’t made correctly… so who knows when the glasses will actually ship to the store at this point…
