  I cannot say enough about the positive experiences I have had with Tampa Lift Chair. I needed a special chair for my disabled child and they stepped up fabulously. We needed a specific chair that was manufactured by Golden. Joe LoPinto found the chair in Pennsylvania and ordered it immediately. While we waited for the Golden chair to arrive, Joe had his service people deliver a "loaner" chair the very next day. The "loaner" of course was a brand new special lift chair. Fantastic service. Immediate response. Terrific price!

  They have a good selection of chairs. All the employees were friendly and helpful. Andy was knowledgeable, patient and personable. He followed up throughout the process and even called that evening to make sure we received our chair and that it was functioning properly.

  The customer service here was awesome. Andy was very knowledgeable, Patient and Professional. He stayed well past closing time to help my Mother shop for a chair. And, He did not rush her, or pressure her. I would highly recommend them. : )

  Joe and the team at Tampa Lift Chair have been incredible. I moved from Atlanta and since I didn't know about Tampa Lift Chair, I bought a lift chair for my mother-in-law at a big box store which was $1700 an broke after 14 months. It had a 12 month warranty and the big box store refused to assist in any way. The manufacturer was no help and the other lift chair stores I contacted turned their noses up at me because I didn't buy from them. Thank God for Tampa Lift Chair! They assisted with repairs and worked with the manufacturer to limit my out-of-pocket expense and even supplied a loaner because my mother-in-law was having trouble sleeping without a lift chair. Keep in mind they did all of this even though we didn't buy from them. They have been kind, helpful and efficient far beyond anything I would have expected. The moral is, if you're in a jam Tampa Lift Chair will help even if they weren't the ones that created the problem. However, now that you know about them, why would you not buy from them instead? Support a business who genuinely cares about people, Tampa Lift Chair. Keep their business in business! Everyone else in Tampa made it clear they were in it for the money. Only Tampa Lift Chair cared about our quality of life.
