  My son had an appointment with Dr. Parrino on 5/12 for a prescription refill prior to heading to Nebraska the next day for a college internship. He will be doing the internship on a cattle ranch, and he is allergic to hay. We arrived at the office, and it was closed. There was a note we could see through the glass, stating the office is closed until June. We received no call to reschedule, no call to cancel, no call advising there is a covering physician - nothing. When I call the office phone we receive a fax tone. My son now has to score his medicine to make it last until we can find a physician in rural Nebraska who can see him. That physician may be a 40 mile drive. This is extremely unprofessional. I understand if there is an emergency, but you are a physician with responsibilities. You don't just ghost your patients. At a minimum, there should be an answering service your patients can call to be seen by a covering physician. I now have to go and see if I can beg a personal favor from my physician to do a telemed appointment for my son. Thanks for creating a mess for us.

  Dr. Parrion and his wife Nurse Mary have the experience you would want from an Allergist Immunologist. Dr Parrion has been treating me from chronic urticaria ( HIVES) I developed over 8 months ago. I can say at this time I'm hive free!!!!! I was very was impressed with the time he spends on his patients. If you suffer from chronic hives make an appointment.

  I am very pleased that my allergy symptoms have disappeared since seeing Dr. Parrino. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. I had never visited an allergist before, relying on OTC medication without much result.

  I can't even begin to describe how impressed I was with Dr Parrino and his thorough explanations on what I was seen for and also establishing myself as a new patient today! The rest of the staff is very friendly too!

  Dr. Jack Parrino is an exceptional physician whose clinical insight and patient care truly stand out. After years of being treated by other doctors for a persistent cough without answers, Dr. Parrino immediately recognized that it was asthma despite the atypical presentation and quickly brought it under control. Later, when I experienced an ear issue, he was equally attentive — even returning my after-hours call and providing the guidance I needed. His responsiveness, expertise, and genuine compassion reflect the level of care every patient hopes to receive from a physician. Highly recommended.
