  What a great experience! Patrice filled me with lots of lessons, and taught me amazing tools to cope with life and people. Patrice craftfully guiding me through my journey. Yes, a bit of tough love, BUT, Patrice is definitely purpose driven, and wants everyone to do well and Live their best life!!! She is a keeper!! Thank you for taking me through the process!! 🙂

  I cannot recommend my Patrice highly enough. Over the past year and a half, she has helped me grow in ways I never imagined. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, she equipped me with practical tools to set healthy boundaries, heal from past hurts, and develop a stronger sense of identity and confidence. One of the things I appreciated most was her ability to integrate my Christian faith into therapy while remaining grounded in evidence-based practices. I never felt like I had to choose between my faith and sound clinical guidance;they worked together beautifully. Because of the work we've done, I approach life's challenges with greater confidence, resilience, and peace. Difficult seasons haven't disappeared, but I now have the tools to navigate them in healthy, productive ways. I am incredibly grateful for her wisdom, compassion, and guidance, and I truly believe I am in a much healthier place because of our work together.
