- DCDerek CunardJun 28, 20265.0Visited Sat 6/27: I normally go to the Pearle Vision location in St. Pete, but since they were booked, I decided to cross the bridge and visit the South Tampa office—and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel welcome. The gentleman who checked me in (and also handled my initial eye exam and evaluation—I wish I could remember his name) was friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy. The optometrist was knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. He answered my questions, made the exam quick without ever feeling rushed… and I have to say, he has an impressive head of hair too! 😂 The woman who checked me out and ordered my contact lenses was equally kind and courteous, making the entire visit seamless from start to finish. It’s refreshing to experience such consistently great customer service from every person you interact with. I would absolutely return to this location and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly, professional eye care team.

We show for our appointments only to find out they had been given away. Horrible treatment for customers who have been coming for 5+ years. Local folks only said it's corporate and leave a bad Google review. So here it is
