  I'm still early in the process of getting a new power chair, and I'm already highly impressed with the service I've received from NSM. I've worked with several other providers over the years, and this is the best experience I've had so far with respect to getting a new chair. Maria has been fantastic to work with. She is very professional and knowledgeable, and she has been receptive to my questions, concerns and input. Additionally, communication with the company overall has so far been very easy. I also really like the online tool NSM has for tracking the progress of my order which allows me to easily monitor the progress toward when my chair will be ready for delivery. I have every reason to expect nothing less than a 5-star overall experience with NSM!

  This company especially William is WAAAAAAAAAAY BEYOND 5 STARS!! William went ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME WITH EVERY STEP OF THIS PROCESS!! My house is not accessible in any way for my wheelchair or for my disability. I NEEDED THE ELEVATION FUNCTION IN MY CHAIR TO FUNCTION WELL IN MY HOME. AT FIRST, MY INSURANCE COMPANY DENIED THIS FUNCTION, BUT WILLIAM APPEALED THE DECISION BECAUSE HE REALLY CARES ABOUT THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE TO USE THIS EQUIPMENT. HIS PERSISTENCE PAID OFF!! THE ELEVATION FUNCTION WAS APPROVED!!!! I AM SO HAPPY! IT FEELS LIKE I WON THE LOTTERY!! THANK YOU WILLIAM AND NATIONAL SEATING AND MOBILITY!! 20 STARS OUT OF 5!!!!

  Cory D. delivered my equipment, and he was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. He took all the time I needed to explain how to use my scooter, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident using it before he left. I truly appreciated his patience and excellent customer service. He made the whole experience a very positive one.

  I can't say enough good things about National Seating and mobility and Maria Angelos. Because of Maria's hard work and determination my two disabled daughters have received several pieces of much needed equipment to help make life easier for my daughters and me. I have trouble lifting my girls and Maria was able to get us a Rifton Tram. It has helped so much. My youngest daughter needed a wheelchair so Maria drove two hours north of her office to meet us where my daughter has her therapies. She showed us so many options on her computer and asked many different questions to make sure she had all of my daughters needs addressed. Now she has the coolest wheelchair! My daughters need special beds to sleep in. Maria along with others in the company went above and beyond to get my oldest a beautiful Amish made bed! It was just delivered yesterday. Steven and Eric did an amazing job delivering and putting it together and believe me that was a LOT of work. My youngest was denied her bed by insurance so Maria quickly filed an appeal. The appeal was also denied. Maria said, "She's getting that bed!" So, she resubmitted the paperwork again. I have no doubt my daughter will get that bed. I've worked with other companies in the past an none have worked near as hard as Maria and everyone at National Seating and Mobility! I won't be going anywhere else. Thank you all so much!

  I am so grateful to National Seating & Mobility Tampa, and especially to their representative Nicholas Garber. My wife, Katie, resides in a memory care facility due to advanced Alzheimer’s disease. As her disease has progressed, walking became more and more difficult for her. When she became non-ambulatory, she was utilizing a standard wheelchair. It was very ill-fitting and terribly uncomfortable for her. Her occupational therapist reached out to NSM and connected me with Nick. He came to Katie’s facility to meet with her OT in order to review Katie’s health data and to take her measurements. Nick took the time to walk me through the type of chair that he and the OT recommended for her needs. He even presented me with color options! Nick worked quickly to complete all of the necessary paperwork to submit to Katie’s insurance company. I received text updates on the status of the chair from NSM. Anytime that I had a question during the process, I would call or text Nick. If he did not immediately answer, I would always hear back from him before the end of the day. When the chair was ready, he reached out to me immediately. He made time in his schedule the very next day to meet me at Katie’s facility. At that time, he helped her into her new, custom chair, and made all of the adjustments needed for her to be seated in it safely and with a maximum comfort level! Nick has been professional, kind, and communicative throughout this entire process. Katie‘s OT said that sometimes the process of getting a custom chair could take up to six months from start to finish. Thanks to Nick and NSM, Katie got her new chair in less than two months. I am grateful to Nick and to NSM for providing Katie with a beautiful, comfortable, well-made wheelchair! Thank you for making this a pleasant experience. I recommend NSM without reservation!
