  I am on my second set of hearing aid with Miracle Ear five years ago I bought my first set and they have worked extremely well over that time. I got a call about trying the newest technology. I made an appointment. Heather Magee greeted me warmly and I told her I wanted the best they have. She was absolutely wonderful and helping me with this new set of hearing aids and I’m wearing them now as I write this review. You couldn’t ask for better service and caring about the patient so happy I chose Miracle Ear and so glad I met Heather Magee.

  I recently relocated to the Tampa, FL area and my custom hearing aids had run their course and it was time to replace them. The employees at the West Kennedy location; including Shawna Barber (Regional Manager), Laura (Office Manager) and Alexia Lantigua spent a lot of time helping me figure out which solution was best for me. They let me sample and experiment before placing my order and made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. Laura made sure to keep me posted on my order and helped me schedule appointments that were convenient for me. The experience was awesome! I would highly recommend this team. Regards, John Bittner
