  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ NEVAN was excellent to work with! My daughter typically comes with me to help select new frames, but today she couldn’t. I am so grateful that I was paired with Nevan as he was SO helpful and VERY patient with my indecisiveness! I am extremely particular so I truly appreciated his honest opinion on each potential style, and with his help I was able to decide on new glasses…and also got a pair of sunglasses. He was very relaxed, not pushy, and wasn’t bothered by how long it took me (which was a while 😎)

  Went to the store with a pair of glasses I purchased at another Lens Crafters location with a missing screw and the arm unattached. Jonathon took my glasses, repaired within 5 minutes & even cleaned them. Excellent customer service, and a phenomenal selection of frames. I will be back to this location next time I need new glasses. Thanks!

  Very disappointing experience with Ariel O. « store manager »I went to pick up an additional pair of glasses and explained that this was already the fifth time I had brought my other pair in for adjustments. On previous visits, Blake and Jonathan were polite and attentive, although the frame still wasn’t adjusted properly. While I was explaining the issue, Ariel repeatedly looked away instead of listening. He seemed reluctant to help, questioned whether I wanted an exchange because I have my other glasses on hand, though I never asked for one, and initially told me nothing could be done about the new glasses feeling too tight. After I insisted, he finally adjusted them, but with a very poor attitude that made me feel like I was bothering him. I was especially frustrated because I eventually had to go to another LensCrafters location, where they immediately helped me and made the adjustment I had been requesting. As I paid for both pairs of glasses, I expected at least basic courtesy, attention, and reasonable customer service. Unfortunately, Ariel’s attitude and unwillingness to help made this a very unpleasant experience. He seemed to be rushing me, telling me to come back if I needed further assistance, and then immediately walked away and went to speak with another associate about their breaks.
