Dr. A called me rude when I made a statement that I was familiar with the policy about dilation and had already signed the waiver. She said, “No need to be rude.” I then said, “I think it’s just as rude to waste my time asking me for the fourth time if I understand dilation. I’ve already signed the form.” Then she literally walked out of the room and told the front desk that I wasn’t getting an exam.
