  Audible was going to charge 3% Bank card fee. I told them not me and they waived the fee. This will be my third hearing aids from Audible. The last ones were purchased March 30, 2023 30 days out of warranty. I was told I needed new hearing aids, they were ordered? If you do the math that equates to $2000 a year for hearing aids, which I believe is too expensive for most of the elderly. I would recommend Costco for hearing aids, you could probably get the same quality for half the price. Your corporation to me seems to put Corporate Greed, ahead of customer care.

  Amy was amazing! The hearing test was very through, and Amy's professionalism helped in choosing the correct hearing aids for me. Highly recommend
