  I received my hearing aids in June of 2026. The initial visit was extremely thorough with an audio test and questions regarding my past and work life. It seems power tools and concerts from my youth did nothing to protect my ears. Paul is very knowledgeable and was able to set the hearing aid levels to my hearing loss. The initial settings had to be tweaked as my brain and ears adjusted to sounds I wasn't used to hearing. Paul made the adjustments and continues to monitor the levels on periodic visits. The only complaint I have is I now hear my wife and can no longer say I didn't hear her. I definitely recommend Paul if you're in need for a hearing test or even need replacements.

  Paul made me and my grandpa feel so welcoming he was so warm, polite, understanding and patience with us. He was very thorough with explaining everything with the appointment and what to expect. You’ll be in excellent hands. Thank you so much for servicing us.
