I am pleased at the timeliness of my appointment and the thoroughness of my interactions with the staff and Nurse Practitioner. I was seen on time, and my wait time for the exam was minimal. She took extra time to discuss the history of my case, refill prescriptions and recommend a procedure called MILD to help relieve my painful neuropathy. We scheduled an MRI to further assess my needs. Everything went smoothly to the credit of everyone at Dr. Sarria’s office.

I had been a patient for this pain management clinic for approximately eight years, Dr.Sarria and his staff had been amazing. He had performed all type of procedures that I had needed and never had a complaint. I recommend this clinic to anyone who is in pain with no hesitation. Thank you doctor and the group of nurse practitioners.

I'm 72 years old and been in pain with my back most of my life pain pills make you forget about it until the withdrawals and all that stuff make your life unmanageable. Dr Sarria. It's like a magic man my pain is most of the time 95% gone. I have to go back and get repeated treatments. It beats the heck out of anywhere I've ever tried. I'm a veteran and you can get this through the VA. Just talked to them at the front desk
I have mixed feelings about this practice. I do believe that Dr. Sarria is a good choice, and I learned a lot from meeting with him. However, my last several visits were with other staff members and recommendations were inconsistent. I had met with Raisa Rafalovich and she had no clear follow-up recommendations. It turns out, though, that Dr. Sarria had something in mind for me and staff was waiting for me to schedule it. Most troubling was that this certain procedure was highly recommended, but only until it was determined that my insurance coverage wouldn't apply to the locations where Dr. Sarria could help me at. There was an immediate switch to sceduling repeated steroid injections, apparently moving from one area to the next, to allow my insurance to keep paying for the shots. If that one procedure was the best solution, it seems to me that the best practice would be to refer me to a colleague who could perform it. Then again, I did not get to discuss this directly with Dr. Sarria. The second most concerning issue was my inability to communicate with Nely Ochoa. I met with her a few times and she did not take the time to carefully listen to my questions and address them. Instead she shouted information back, without considering what I wanted to know. As for her tone, it was only appropriate for patients who are identified as hearing impaired. It's a shame that Dr. Sarria's staff, in my opinion, does not represent him well.
