Akumin Tampa is an ACR-Accredited full-service outpatient diagnostic facility featuring a 3T high-field MRI. The handicap-accessible facility also offers CT, PET/CT, Nuclear Medicine, Mammography, X-ray and Ultrasound. This 4000 square foot facility also offers an Interventional Suite so Radiologists can perform fluoroscopy procedures such as arthrography and myelography. The Tampa facility, located in Tampa Medical Village, has been open since 2005 and is conveniently located two blocks south of the Hillsborough Ave and Armenia Ave intersection. The center offers on-site parking and is open Monday through Friday with same day, evening, and weekend appointments available by request.
