They somehow think that cramming 20ish people to exercise and sweat in this heat is acceptable. Best they could do was a a couple of fans. No compensation, just “sorry we’re working on it.” This gym is only worth it for the fitness class instructors.

The gym feels friendly, welcoming, and comfortable, and the staff have always been kind and approachable. As someone on the autism spectrum, being in a new environment can sometimes be overwhelming, so having a gym where I feel comfortable being myself means a lot to me. I don't feel judged or out of place when I'm there, and that has made it much easier for me to consistently come to the gym. The atmosphere, the staff, and the overall environment have made YouFit a place where I genuinely enjoy working out. I'm really glad I joined and I'm looking forward to continuing my fitness journey here! đź’Ş

The cancellation process is incredibly frustrating—they send you to a third-party company, and it’s confusing and difficult to get everything resolved. It felt nearly impossible to cancel. To make matters worse, my account ended up in collections, and I’m still making payments on a gym membership for a gym I never even stepped foot in. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I’ll definitely be warning my friends and family to stay away from this place.
