I went for an eye exam and was charged for the exam. I explained that my insurance covers the exam, they told me no and charged me. I then looked at frames and a man named Mark priced my frames and lenses. He gave me 3 different prices for the same frames and lenses lowering the price each time telling me the computer system was acting up. I told him my insurance was covering the frames and lenses and I was going to refuse to pay anything else. I left the store without getting glasses and was charged for the exam. I went home and called insurance company and was told I shouldn’t have been charged for my exam. I called back and talked to Mark and was told they were not going to refund my money. This place is a scam they charged me and charging the insurance company as well. I’ll be reporting them to the insurance company and disputing the charge on my credit card because I have proof they have charged the insurance company as well. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they don’t have one! Dishonest stay away from this place. Target needs to know what’s going on in their Optical Center. I shop at Target all the time but now I’ll stay away from this store because of the dishonesty going on there in the Optical Center.

I am buying all my prescriptions glasses from Target. Their selection is up-to-date in fashion and designer names. The best is the professionalism and friendliness of the Opticians and the excellent prices of their frames and lenses. I have been using prescription glasses for long time so I am familiar with most of the Optical stores in town, their prices and services and I can recommend Target Optical as one of the best.
