From the minute I walked in, everybody was very kind and attentive. I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Rachel - she's very knowledgeable, very patient and well spoken, just overall great to be around. She eased my nerves (this was my first time going to the eye doctor alone lol) and answered the never ending slew of questions I threw at her. The eye exam was quick and the doctor was very kind. I also had the pleasure of working with Mike the sales associate. He was a great help in picking out my new frames. He kindly gave me quotes for a couple frames with and without different extras (blue light, scratch resistant, glare resistant, etc.), was very informative about the discounts and applicable policies, and just an overall great time. He’s a terrific conversationalist and a bright light to be around. I witnessed him juggling different customers flawlessly, and appreciated how thorough he was. Absolute 10/10 establishment with an even better staff
