I had a great experience at LensCrafters thanks to Gannie! She was extremely patient, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with my choices. Excellent customer service like this truly makes a difference. Thank you, Gannie, for making my visit such a pleasant experience!

I needed a pair of sunglasses repaired, and since I don’t wear any kind of prescription glasses, I didn’t know if they’d be willing to fix them for me, but everyone was so friendly and helpful and it literally took her five minutes to repair my glasses! I will be referring everyone I know to the LensCrafters location in Miracle Plaza.

My husband accidentally bent an arm on his glasses and we stripped a screw trying to strainen the arm ourselves. Walked into to this lenscrafters to see if they could help. They not only fixed his bent arm and replaced the strew, they changed out the little cushions on the nose bridge. I asked what the cost was and they didn't charge us. Great place. Big selection of glasses in the lobby. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you for the help!!!!

The actual worst customer experience possible. Do not go here, nobody knows what they are doing. It’s a remote eye doctor. If you have an appointment, don’t bother showing up on time because some system or equipment is down. Even if you show up on time for an appointment, you will have to ask someone to check you in or you will be ignored. Do. Not. Waste. Your. Time.

I scheduled an eye exam and wanted to get new glasses. The eye exam was virtual. The doctor manipulates machines remotely. It cut out three times. It also continued to buffer as well. The doctor had to end the call because she couldn't finish the exam because of all the technical issues. Abhorrent. I was told I would have to come back. What a joke! I wasted 2 hours of my life I can never get back. And the frames are sky high in price. Skip this place. Go somewhere else with your insurance.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
