- AMAlain MoyaMay 2, 20261.0Was not given my prescription after my eye exam, I had to request it. Then the prescription was given to me minus the PD (Pupil Distance). When I requested the PD info from my exam, the Optician cut in and said that they don't provide the PD because only she knows how to make the lenses properly because only she knows the angle of sight or some bs. Literally trying to force me to buy frames and lenses from the LensCrafter store and not allowing me the ability to shop around which is against Federal and State Laws. They need to be trained properly and taught the law.

The 1 who did my eye appointment was not caring for people waiting for me and took her time and didn't care I had my wife and kids waiting for me. She then acted as if they were not there and didn't apologize to my wife for being upset.
